Christine Wallin

Speech-Language Pathologist

  • Sign: Peace
  • Dog: Ellie, 1/2 lab, 1/2 Muppet

If you catch Christine when she’s excited, you might hear a fading southern accent. Before her life as a therapist, she had a 10 year career in higher education teaching English to advanced second language learners. She’s lived in several interesting places both in and out of the Unites States, but was pulled to return to school to become an SLP and graduated from Idaho State University. She very enthusiastically joined our team after working in home health. Christine enjoys collaborating with families and other professionals to answer tough questions and create functional goals. Areas of particular clinical interest include social skill development, play-based therapy, school-age language, and feeding/swallowing. In her free time, Christine enjoys biking, weekend adventures, and being chased by her own two little ones.
